Crush Design and Creative Marketing Limited has had another record year and we need a new account manager to help manage the growing client base and help us win more.
You must be able to hit the ground running so experience is a must (minimum 2 years in relevant employment, more preferred – evidence will be requested).
In your first month you will be expected to confidently:
- take client briefs for brochure and print design
- brief in the design team
- manage the design process
- request quotes from printers
- manage a job list with multiple clients, projects and deadlines
- write up quotes (with cost guidance given)
- ensure job completion
- ensure client satisfaction
- invoice projects
Going forward the role expands
- instigate regular contact with clients to ensure all requirements are met
- support digital marketing effort, website development and PPC / SEO activity
- support the Crush Design marketing effort
- target and win new clients
- advise and direct clients future marketing opportunities
The salary range is £20k to 28k depending on experience, expertise and what you think you can bring to Crush Design.
