Here at Crush, we have been working with Filippo Berio for over two years to help develop their digital strategy. Our latest collaboration has involved building their first online shop, which houses many of their fantastic products, from Hot Chilli Pesto to Feta Stuffed Olives! We say: ‘Go check out our work, and buy something whilst you are there!’
But what is a shop without loyal customers?
So the second Filippo Berio digital project was to increase their customer base by improving their My Berio offering and registration process. Now customers just need to give their email address to access all the My Berio competitions, coupons, recipes and special offers.
Last time we checked their database of loyal My Berio subscribers, there were well over 60,000 people!
And to make the lives at Filippo Berio easier the My Berio database is synchronised with their email database so it manages itself now. Perfetto!
