We have been working with Ebico for some time now helping them to deliver a market leading digital customer experience.
This project started with their front end website which we launched earlier this year, and now we have completed work on a new quoting engine to match the quality of the new website and the customer experience it delivers.
The aim was to make the form filling part of getting a quote for Gas and Electricity an easy and pleasant experience.
This involved detailed panning from the development of customer flowcharts, to detailed wire-frames, mock-ups, user acceptance testing and the final build.
In addition to developing the ideal customer experience we also had to build a robust platform to deliver the site at speed, manage all the data collected and then integrate with a third party software.
We think it is up there as one of the best examples of customer UX work in class, and can be compared favourably with the bigger competitors who we know spent considerably more than our client.
