Recognised within the Business Owner of the Year category, Natalie has been placed as a finalist for this year’s National Business Women’s Awards.
These awards were founded to raise the profile of industrious, hardworking and enterprising business women across the UK, and we could not be more pleased to see CRUSH’s Founder shortlisted.
A female-founded creative studio, against all odds
Natalie started CRUSH as a single mum in her early twenties, breaking out on her own within an industry populated by a large majority of male-founded and male-run studios. Her hard work, determination and genuine desire to do good work led CRUSH to where we are now.
And that was over 20 years ago.
Today, our team is one of care and collaboration, still doing good work for good clients, just as Natalie first intended. We’ve ridden the waves of several economic, technological and industry shifts, and have even been able to thrive at times where many other worthy studios have not.
For us, that’s the impact that Natalie’s leadership has had.
