Finalist: 2025 Best Businesswomen Awards
Over the past few weeks, our inbox has been busy with award nomination after nomination. We can’t keep up!
But we’re not complaining. After 20+ years of avoiding entering awards, this year we bit the bullet, and we’re certainly reaping the rewards now.
This week, we’re pleased to share the latest news that our Founder and Creative Director, Natalie has been shortlisted for the 2025 Best Businesswomen Awards, under the category ‘Best Creative Business’.
Speaking on the awards, Founder Debbie Gilbert said:
“This is the 11th year of these awards, and once again, we’ve seen an incredible calibre of entries. Despite the mounting pressures faced by women in business, from funding gaps to rising costs to the mental load of balancing life and leadership, these finalists have shown that female entrepreneurship is stronger than ever. Our judging panel was truly impressed by the standard of entries, and we’re proud to shine a light on these trailblazing women.”
As a female-founded, small independent studio, we’re incredibly proud of our achievements here at CRUSH, working on creative projects for businesses around the world and proving that not every successful agency has to be based in London and have 100+ team members.
