Tech Exchange Chesterfield
This networking group first began in 2025 with one simple goal: To create a welcoming space for the local tech community to meet, share and learn as one. However, as awareness (and attendance) grew, it quickly became clear that what had started out as a small collection of people had now turned into something much bigger.
Key Deliverables
Logo design + brand identity | Brand copy + messaging | Marketing materials | Social media design | Animation | Merchandise
That was the core message that the group needed to convey as they continued to grow. Originally under the name ‘Chesterfield Tech Meet-Up’, we worked through various naming options with the group’s founders and landed on Tech Exchange Chesterfield. A place for all people involved in tech and digital to exchange and accelerate local talent, innovation and opportunity.
Along with a new brand, logo and overarching message, Tech Exchange Chesterfield’s new identity not only reflects who they are today, but it prepares them for who they will grow to be in the future as they look to expand and connect with tech leaders from around the Midlands and UK.
We are delighted to have worked on this project for such a valuable asset to our local community.

“We realised the meet-up wasn’t the main aim. Instead, the community was the main aim and meet-up was one of the activities.
8 months in and already a rebrand but for better clarity on the purpose. Of why we’re coming together, of what we’re achieving and aiming to achieve.”
Alan Ward, Co-founder, Tech Exchange Chesterfield
“They’ve taken our very home-made, kitchen-table-grown concept and are now turning it into something that looks and feels like a brand you can trust. Same heart, sharper edges, fewer PowerPoint crimes.
This is what happens when good strategy meets people who actually listen.
Huge thanks to CRUSH for doing branding properly. Thoughtful, efficient, and refreshingly drama-free.”
Jim Edgar, Co-founder, Tech Exchange Chesterfield

“Natalie and CRUSH have done an awesome job putting together an identity for this ever growing group of like minded individuals.
I’m really chuffed to be involved in this, it’s great to see something come together that’s just about helping elevate the local tech community in and around Chesterfield.”
Darrell Taylor, Co-founder, Tech Exchange Chesterfield
“The Meet-up has had a Glow-up. We love the new re-brand CRUSH. Genuinely (and looks) and feels like a gear shift for the local community we’re building together.”
Tony Buck, Co-founder, Tech Exchange Chesterfield

From our director
“Championing the digital offering in Chesterfield has long been on my radar but it’s a hard drum to beat on your own. So when I heard about the new Chesterfield tech meet-up and met the people behind it, I knew it was an opportunity just too good to miss. It’s been a delight to work on this brand for this community – as it often is when we work with local businesses and organisations. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Tech Exchange Chesterfield.”
