The way guests book, travel and experience hotels has dramatically shifted. Online booking sites are now the norm and have trapped Independent Hotels in price-war practices which only create a race to the bottom. In 2023, Allora.ai was launched as the proprietary product brand by SHR Group. The new brand needed to embody a tech company powered by people for people, harnessing the power of AI to help Independant Hotels compete in a highly competitive market.

The creative brief was clear: demonstrate an AI tech company powered by people for people. 

What started out as a branding and website project swiftly evolved into an ongoing partnership. After demonstrating creative copy writing and solid concept ideation, Crush was invited to deliver online advertising campaigns as well. We continue to support the Allora.ai team – creating everything from Google Ads to sales materials – ensuring the roll out of the new brand is clear, consistent and impactful.
